The Honourable Rev. Fr. Peter-Michael Preble was appointed to fill an at large vacancy in the House of Commons by His Excellency the Governor-General on 6 August 2007. The Hon. Rev. Preble having worked with the people of the delta is especially concerned with the conditions in the delta parishes that make up the Viscountcy of Creek. A man of wide experience and close faith he has been an able proponent of his constituentcy.
