Picture of the  High Commissioner and his WifeAlan Goudman, High Commissioner to Alberta, (Shown here with his Wife, Keiron) was born in the seaside city of Brighton, in the county of Sussex, England on 26 July 1981 - 50 miles south of London. His Family is of Dutch ancestry, the family having put down roots in England around 1870.

Alan Goudman left Home and England on 10 November 2003, to be with his future wife, Keiron. The future High Commissioner took up residence in Edmonton during this courtship and early marriage. Mr. and Mrs Goudman were wed on 1 May 2004, and settled in Lamont in August of 2005.

Mr. Goudman is a recent convert to the Roman Catholic Church, and occasionally attends the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Lamont. He is supportive of the Anglican Rite Usage as well.

The High Commissioner to Alberta became convinced of the 'right' of Monarchy through his studies in the Scriptures, and now publishes a E-Magazine (Rose and Crown) and his own pro-monarchy website.

The High Commissioner is the representative of Her Majesty's Government in and for the Dominion of British West Florida to Her Majesty's Government in and for the Provience of Alberta.
